JILIY Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by JILIY through the website jiliy.best (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and JILIY ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of any JILIY service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates to them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through JILIY, including but not limited to casino games, card games, sports betting, bingo, jackpot slots, live dealer games, and the JILIY VIP Club program.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a JILIY account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. JILIY does not allow players under 21 years old to register or place real-money bets, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a resident of or currently physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

JILIY reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and any winnings will be forfeited pending review.

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active JILIY account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and outstanding balances may be forfeited without notice.

Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and valid Philippine mobile number. JILIY is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by inaccurate information provided at registration.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. JILIY will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

JILIY is required by law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC verification typically requires a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card) and may include proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

Minimum Deposit

Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your JILIY account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day. JILIY does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Third-Party Payments

You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. JILIY does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. JILIY does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the verified account holder.

Withdrawal Verification

JILIY reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱20,000 before the bonus value becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus amount not wagered within the expiry period will be removed from your account without compensation.

Bonus Abuse

JILIY prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), and using a bot or automated system to place bets. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

Welcome Bonus

The JILIY welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome offer once. Existing account holders who create new accounts to claim the welcome bonus again are in breach of these terms.

7. Fair Play & Conduct

JILIY is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games including Poker, Pusoy Dos, or Tong-its

8. Game Rules

13. Account Termination

Closure by the Player

You may close your JILIY account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Suspension or Closure by JILIY

JILIY reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close accounts in the following circumstances:
